• Candidate identity info: Full Name, email address, contact phone number, chosen username, and encrypted password credentials.
• Professional documents: Uploaded curriculum vitae / resumes in verified PDF format containing employment history, educational qualifications, and certifications.
• Technical data: IP address, Cloudflare security telemetry, browser agent header, and session timestamps to prevent unauthorized access and DDoS intrusions.

2. Strict Document Security & PDF Handling

In accordance with our strict cyber security policies, all uploaded resumes are stored in a segregated directory in root path resume/[username]_[filename].pdf. We inspect incoming files for executable payloads, malicious scripts, or anomalous macros. Files violating our security checks are immediately rejected and purged.

3. Use of Personal Information

We use candidate data strictly for legitimate recruitment and workforce placement purposes:

• Authenticating candidate identity via one-time verification codes sent from [email protected].
• Matching candidate experience with open vacancies posted by the Director.
• Facilitating interview scheduling and client placement.
• Complying with statutory labor registrations (EPF, ESI, Contract Labour Act).

4. Non-Disclosure & Data Protection

Maa Chandi Consultancy does NOT sell, trade, or monetize candidate data to third-party commercial data brokers. Information is shared only with verified prospective employer clients following candidate application.
