2. Resume Upload & Verification Rules

- Executable binaries, macro-embedded files, encrypted packages, or malicious files will trigger an immediate permanent IP block.
- Candidates represent that all employment records, degrees, and certificates stated in their uploaded PDF resume are authentic.
3. No Fee Charging for Candidates
Maa Chandi Consultancy strictly adheres to ethical recruitment principles and the Emigration / Labor guidelines. We do not demand unlawful cash deposits or illicit upfront fees from job seekers for standard placement opportunities.
4. Statutory Labor Law Adherence
All staffing deployments executed by Maa Chandi Consultancy comply fully with:
- The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Balasore / Cuttack, Odisha.
